Sestina Cleveland is a vocal ensemble specializing in early seventeenth-century madrigals and sacred music. Recent projects have included performances with Choral Arts Cleveland and recording sessions focusing on women composers. A flexible ensemble, Sestina Cleveland adapts to meet the needs of the repertoire. Artistic director Anna O’Connell, DMA often leads from the harp.
This program is a collaborative concert with the innovative Poiesis Quartet and will include premieres by Cleveland Composers Guild members.

We are excited to collaborate with the outstanding American Guild of Organists Cleveland Chapter who will perform music by members of the Cleveland Composers Guild at the Helen Rockwell Morley Memorial Hall of Lake Erie College. The hall houses a grand 64-rank E.M. Skinner organ built in 1927.
