Experience the Cleveland premiere of Dawn Sonntag’s Verlorene Heimat (Lost Homeland) and scenes by Margi Griebling-Haigh, Ryan Charles Ramer, and Lorenzo Salvagni. Free admission.

Following each {NOW} Festival performance, audience members will have the opportunity to engage with the creative teams and performing artists in lively post-performance talk back discussions.

These are rare and exciting opportunities for our Northeast Ohio community, rich with institutions of higher learning, creative artists, and active patrons, to play an active role in the creation, development, and performance of New Opera! We hope that experiencing the {NOW} Festival, participating in post-performance talk back discussions, and engaging in the New Opera Forum will generate many new creative ideas, concepts, and collaborations.

Your participation in these new works, whether as an audience member, interpretive artist, or creative artist, will help continue to shape the works presented, and also pave the way for exciting new things to come. Your participation provides a catalyst for new work, and the continued development of works in progress, generating interest and support for developing new opera, which is vital to a thriving operatic art form.
